  • Can't speak for the entire staff at the store because I was there for new shoes, but the boys working shoe department seemed more interested in talking to each other than helping people. I finally interrupted the one guy having a conversation about nothing with another guy about nothing to ask for a pair in my size. He brought them from the back with a friendly "Here." And that was it. Hopefully the rest of the staff is more personable.
