This hotel is 2 elevators short of 5 stars. This is a fine hotel! It has all the trappings: luxurious and comfortable rooms, great bar and excellent restaurant. I was there working a 5 day conference and the meeting rooms were also great. My only complaint is that it is a hotel that can't quite accommodate large groups of people who are all on a similar schedule when it comes to getting people up and down in the elevators. There are only 3 available for the guest rooms, which means if you happen to be trying to take an elevator while the 200 members of a conference happening in the property are all trying to get down to their events at the same time, you will find yourself spending a lot of time waiting around for a ride. You'll either wait ages for an elevator to appear, or have to let it go once the doors open and you see it's crammed to beyond any reasonable capacity, as everyone staying there learns quickly to get in while you can! I prefer not to have to stand cheek to jowl breathing in everyone's exhalations while in an elevator car. Luckily, I was only on the 6th floor, so my advice on this property is forgo a view in favor of a lower floor if you are there for more than one or two nights and take the stairs down if you can. Otherwise really fine hotel. I would stay there again.
