  • Pros: large floor plans. Nice people in the office. Cons: The sample apartment was nice, the one I got had lousy carpets, cabinets and vanities and flooring. This place is not safe. My apartment was broken into DURING THE DAY WHILE I WAS HOME. My car was broken into with over 1000 dollars of damage. MY MAIL HAS BEEN STOLEN TWICE---THE MANAGEMENT IS SO PATHETIC, THEY HAVEN'T REPAIRED THE LOCKS ON THE MAILROOM DOORS FOR OVER SIX MONTHS. THEY HAVE INSTALLED SOME VIDEO CAMERAS WHICH ARE NOT HOOKED UP!!! In one word, this management is: incompetent. They have spent thousands on exterior painting, shade structures, pool repairs, etc., but security is virtually absent. There must be better choices out there. I sure hope so.
