  • I received a wax earlier this week and it was honestly the worst waxing experience I have ever had. I have been getting waxed for seven yrs, five of which have been with European Wax Center. I switched to Sugar Me Wax because the price was a bit cheaper and my first experience went well. This time I went the room was hot (the AC was barely working) and the waxer, who was personally very sweet, got the wax stuck in my hair multiple times and had to pull it out slowly, which was extremely painful. I'm not sure if it's due to lack of training or the temperature of the room, but I am seriously considering cancelling my membership.
