  • If go go to take your dog to this Petsmart location on Fort Apache, make sure you do not allow Alexis to handle your dog. I have a yellow Lab with the usual characteristics of being laid back,easy going and loves everybody but balks when being taken from me. Alexis held the leash and was pulling her and almost dragged her when her collar came right over her head. I grabbed the leash to walk her to the bathing area and ignored her when I was told I was not allowed past the gate. All my dog needed was a bath, nails trimmed and brushed out. I was told they had a hard time getting her into the bath and I noticed that she was limping once I got her home. My mistake was leaving her. This was my 4th visit here and 1st bad experience and my last. This girl either does not like her job or needs some training.
