  • Dr. Rosenman is an "ok" doctor. I frequently waited a long time after my scheduled appointment to see him. On another note however, his office staff is incredibly rude and incompetent. I was charged a $50 fee for no-show, even though I called and cancelled my appointment. Apparently nobody checks the voicemail? This $50 then turned into $100 because I refused to pay it. Now it's in collections, trashing my credit report. What kind of doctor sends someone to ~collections~ over a missed appointment that they actually called and cancelled?!
