You have not experienced Toronto Coach Terminal until you've come on a Sunday evening when all the students get on their Greyhounds and/or Coach Canadas back to their respective universities. When that happens, it shows how disorganized the terminal is.
You have to walk on the bus roadway itself to get to your platform. That alone is dangerous with buses coming in and out, not to mention during peak times when a large pile of passengers would have to move out of the way for buses to go through. While the waiting area is comfy, you'd have to lineup for your bus regardless or not guaranteed entrance.
Not to mention the terminal is dirty and smells half the time...
