  • I went to the school knowing the appointments are very long and sometimes not so perfect. I asked to be with a level 2 stylist since apparently they are more knowledgeable and experienced. This was beyond a bad appointment. She colored my hair but took a break for a cigarette. (Seriously) When rinsing my hair she sprayed me with the water hose. She dropped it 3x and made a mess in the salon. I walked through the salon without a towel and my hair dripping wet. She tried to dry my hair with a hair dryer but kept dropping her brush. I asked to leave and left with wet hair. Terrible.
