  • I was initially really excited to work with Alexon in a new landscape design for our 20-year-old house, especially when I forked over $100 to the initial designer I spoke to, a "Consultation fee" to pay for that initial work and design. Ok sure, I knew it was a lot of work to draw that up, but as a result my expectations were high. Then that designer left the company and handed the project off to TJ. He was great, enjoyed meeting with him and the initial design was ok. After I told him our budget for PHASE I of the project was $15,000 I never heard from him again. I emailed and left voicemails but he never returned my messages. I would've appreciated at least a "sorry, that's not going to work for us" type of response, but no. Very unprofessional. I'm much happier with the new landscaping design company I've scheduled our front yard redesign with, I'll be writing a lovely review for them, and giving them business for future phases too!
