  • If i could give no stars, i would. I ordered my usual strawberry water with macha, and they tried to charge me $12 something! That's 4x what i normally pay. Then they got the manager and she came up with some random excuse saying they changed the policy or something. Poor customer service, and attitude... Really??? So I said never mind. I went to a different one and what do you know. We didn't get robbed.
