| - Pho in a mall?? What the heck? I was intrigued, since I've never heard of such a concept before. So I decided to try it. They don't have much of a selection, since the stall is small, but they focus on pho, boba drinks, and appetizer rolls. Their goi cuon is freshly made in front of you, so it's pretty good. The drinks were pretty good though, but I couldn't really taste the mint in the my mint tea boba. The pho comes in several varieties, but no pho special. Each pho bowl comes in two sizes, small or large. Large is the size of a regular bowl at any pho restaurant, and small is about 3/5 the size of a large. You don't get much in the way of veggies for you pho, but it's only a stall so it's no biggie. My only complaint with the pho is that there's no "marriage" of flavors between the noodles and the broth. If you eat pho a lot you would know what I mean. The noodles taste like noodles, and the broth taste like broth. The noodles aren't soaked wit hte flavor of the broth. But it's a stall, so I'm not really complaining. If it was a restaurant, this would be a problem. Overall, it's a pleasant experience. They have mints for after your meal and punch cards for a 10th meal free. I'll be back, but I won't go out of my way. It's 4 stars for a stall, but 3 stars if this was a restaurant.
