  • BEWARE!!!! RUN FOR THE HILLS! The company that EOS Uses for their monthly membership will try to scam you when you freeze or cancel. The gym will NOT help you in a cancellation, but push you off again and again to ABC who does their membership fees. I called to try to cancel and they convinced me to freeze my account instead but failed to mention that I would be charged a $5 a month fee while my account is frozen. I then called when I noticed I was being billed and they said they would listen back to my phone calls to see if I was told that and credit me back, but never did. I also canceled officially at that time, but how funny they never actually canceled me and kept billing me and charging me the $5 frozen fees. I now had to contact my credit card to fix the situation as nobody was of any help. Will never join EOS or any company affiliated with the gym again. This was an exhausting process and I can't imagine how many other people are being scammed. The gym membership is cheap, but they make up for the low cost by sneaking/ stealing addition money with fees from their customers. Not worth it. Pay more for a real company! God forbid EOS at any time try to help me resolve my many months of frustration.
