  • I walked in to find some new grips for my mtn bike. I was greeted by a friendly staff member who showed me where they were. He explained a little about the differences in their selection, and made some pleasant small talk about MN/WI since I just moved down in April. He had another customer ask him about some bike options and excused himself to help him. While I was admiring some of the full suspension bikes another staff member asked if I needed any help. I found some sale items and one of them was a sweet set of grips. He said it's all 50% off. I was more than happy to get a $30 set of locking grips for $15. I asked how much to swap a set of petals for me, and he said no charge, and offered to swap out the grips quick while they were at it. Pleasant experiences like this make me a loyal patron. I will be back when I need accessories, or maybe one of those awesome full suspension bikes! ;)
