  • Stay away!!!!! Can't believe how bad their customers service ! Two months ago I bought a receiver from best buy. After using it for only one month the receiver stopped working.. I Went back to exchange for a new one and the representative refused to exchange! They keep saying that I didn't purchased best buy warranty!! It's only two months after I bought it!!!! I never saw a company with this kind of return policy. They giving away only two weeks warranty on their Elctric products. I will never buy anything again in best buy!
