Like others have said, the corporate buyout was this places undoing. I understand the Good Egg may have been struggling financially, however the things that made this place so great are gone. The food is, ok... The wait staff is no longer engaging or enthusiastic. The folks up front are just managing you coming in and out. The biggest tell? Here on a Saturday morning it used to be packed with a wait... You won't see that unless you go to one of the new go to spots for breakfast in Scottsdale. Anyone can make a good breakfast, make me feel like you want me here and put some more emphasis on quality and the experience. Just my humble opinion...
