| - Not the greatest pedicure I've ever had.
The good:
Very clean, opened new tools in front of me.
Took the time to make sure there was no polish in my skin
Gave me an unadvertised discount. Without the discount their price was a bit higher than what I'm used to, but not outside of the price I'm willing to pay.
The weird:
It's like the pedicure station was designed by someone that has never had a pedicure. I'm 5'4", and when I was sitting my feet couldn't reach the foot bath. By the end of my service my back was aching. The pillows were so fluffy so they didn't help.
Old magazines - This place has only been open since April, but only one magazine was from 2015, and the rest were from 2012/2013 (what???)
The bad:
Small colour selection. Had what appeared to be the full CND collection, but I wasn't looking for shellac.
The woman who helped me was nice enough, but the water in the foot bath was scalding hot. I could have overlooked this, but she broke the skin while trimming my cuticles. Didn't hurt at the time, but when she did the final cleaning prior to polish application, it hurt like hell. I know things happen, but she didn't acknowledge what happened, which turns my rating into an automatic not going back.
Everyone else in there was getting shellac, which makes me think I was just there for the wrong service.
