  • Seems like everyone got scammed by the groupon vouchers they had purchased like me! The reviews on groupon were so good, and the description of the nail salon and spa was very nice. However the interior and exterior of the salon looked poorly maintained and very dirty when I did get there. I called in advance to book appointment for my shellac manicure. The woman was very rude on the phone. **phone conversation** Me: I would like to come in today for shellac manicure, is there any wait time ? Employee on phone: " no problem. come in today. What time you come. " Me: I prefer this afternoon. Also I wanted to mention that I bought a groupon. Employee on the phone: " you have groupon? No space today. Come another day" Me: Wtf o__o Which day is good this week? Employee on the phone: " this week full, come next week" The employee is a liar on the phone. When I booked appointment, she was excited for me to come in that day, and once I mentioned "groupon" she told me the day was fully booked and the week is fully booked! I have reported to groupon that this nail salon is a scam. They are currently investigating my report. Also, when I did come in with my groupon. It was far from a comfortable and relaxing experience. They finished my shellac manicure in 30 minutes. I have gotten shellac manicure all my life and it normally takes 1-1.5 hours. Will never come back here again. It's an awful experience that I've been scammed by groupon with many other customers!
