rev:text	Kevin was a no show no call. I took the day off Friday to have a tech come out and let me know he wasn't able to do the work and that Kevin would come the following day to take a look. They're so busy you call for an appointment in the morning you get a response in the afternoon. You have an appointment between 11-1 they don't arrive until 2 They're supposed to come in Saturday, they don't I don't know why they even list themselves on here when they are doing so well without yelp customers.
