  • I have to give 5 stars for Dr. Solsi and the staff at Premier Cardiovascular - I made an appointment to get a second/expert opinion on the results of a doppler ultrasound I previously had done at a vein clinic, where they had diagnosed me with venous insufficiency/reflux and told me venous ablation treatment was medically necessary. He reviewed the results briefly and explained that I am completely fine in terms of DVT risk and there is no reason for real medical concern whatsoever, that the vein clinic was essentially trying to scare me into getting treatments done. What prompted me to write this review is that he then proceeded to tell his administrative staff to refund my copay, since I didn't actually need to be seen for anything! I was NOT expecting that and it was very kind. That tells me so much about how they conduct business here, with integrity. The nurse that saw me beforehand and took my blood pressure/EKG was very sweet and professional and helped me feel comfortable. Their office is also beautiful with top of the line equipment.
