  • Beware. Terrible service and unprofessional technicians. We had a certified technician from the manufacturer evaluate the issue and quote a price of $850 for swapping out a compressor. Talked to this company. The operator was very nice. Got the model and serial number and quoted a price right in line with expectation of $850, which is a fair price in my opinion. Part is available at wholesale for around $325. Retail around $500 with a healthy margin. Repair guy shows up (in a U Haul truck?) and immediately quotes $1200 with no explanation. We got on the phone with the operator who is helpful but repair guy leaves before we can even talk with his boss. The guy was extremely rude and unprofessional. If there are new issues or parts, I get it, but he didn't stick around long enough and lost his temper when we questioned the price and asked for a breakdown of it. We then rescheduled the appointment for Saturday between 9-12. The technician didn't show up. We called the operator at 11am and 12pm and 1pm and was told she couldn't get a hold of the technician (?). Our call at 130pm was unanswered. No phone call at all from the company. Very disappointed. Beware.
