Customer service is horrible! My husband and I went in to have my wedding ring and band resized from Jared in August 2014. The initial meeting with them was fine, and price seemed to be comparable to other jewelers. However, about a year later (only a year!!) my wedding band BROKE. Just split right in half. Right where they had done the resizing. Seriously?! Very shoddy work by this company. Well, I attempted to go back to have them fix their mistake. I showed them my receipt and the ring and they said they could fix it. However, they said that there was only a 6-month warranty so they would not be able to fix it for free. They now wanted to charge me just as much money to fix the ring as the initial resizing. So I would basically be paying them AGAIN to fix their own mistake. I understand warranties but when you do crappy work...you don't keep customers. The end. Needless to say, I will be going elsewhere to get my ring fixed.
