  • Tunnel is broken every time we come. Car was brought in for detail. It was as dirty as it was when we brought it in. Sides of seats were not vacuumed and spots on windows. When I addressed the issue to "Tyler" who acts like some punk prison kid, he's unprofessional. Everyone else is working he's in a office directing orders and it took 15 minutes to get him out of his office. All I got was I can wait and have it done again and he shrugged his shoulders at me and walked off. Won't be back or refer this hole to anyone.
