| - Good service. We were seated before our reservation time. Wait staff are friendly and helpful. Now on to the food: seviche appetizer was delicious and fresh. For main course, we had the flatiron steak and the pork--both perfectly prepared, flavorful, and copious. About that wine list... If you are going to offer so many options of deliciously prepared meat, it is my opinion that you should have a wine list to go with it. The regular wine list on the menu is quite limited. The "special" wine list that the server showed us after the meal was over (since I asked) was very pricey. I understand that this establishment is a gastro pub, and focuses on beer and cocktails. However, it is my opinion that an expanded wine list would greatly improve the quality of the meals, especially if it included options from Italy and France, and at reasonable prices. There is no reason, in my mind, for a gastro pub to ignore wine selection! Otherwise, we have no complaints. I would be remiss if I did not mention that the desserts were delicious, both the lemon berry pie and the chocolate pot de crème.
