  • I initially arrived and the gentleman told me for the Non-Gaming Registration that since I didn't have the original of my both certificate that I needed my passport AND my social security card not just my passport which I had with me so I went all the way home and came back only to be told by the kind women who was assisting me that all I needed was my passport to begin with! I drove all the way home for no reason.. She said he was new and apologized for it which I appreciated but I thought this was a very simple and common form that people need there and he should be trained better or better informed before working the front line like that as I wasted two hours of my day running back and fourth. The ladies that helped me were super helpful though and SO sweet so FIVE STARS for them!
