Food is always great and the tall man that is usually there when I am there (who looks like Dr. House) is always so nice and courteous. Even when this place is packed I get my food in a reasonable amount of time. Once I witnessed a group of military members who were waiting for their food during a busy time sitting in the restaurant conversating and the highest ranking one (a staff sergeant) berated the poor guy and was super rude about their order taking longer than normal. Now, I am a veteran myself and I know what kind of behavior is acceptable when you're in uniform. I also know that they didn't wait a super long time because I got there roughly around the same time they were in the process of ordering. Couldn't have been more than 20 mins, but Dr. House lookalike was super professional and apologetic despite that staff sergeants rudeness. I love businesses that put the customer first all the time, but in this case, the customer was definitely not right. By the way, if you have only an hour for lunch and this restaurant is a 20 minute drive from the base because of typical Craig road traffic, why would you go to a sit down place during a peak hour and expect to be served right away? Arrogant jerks.
