| - Once again, here I am to review and cannot give ZERO stars.
It is months after the fact though, as my mother passed away.
I have had NO time to address this BS yet don't want to see it a happen to anyone else.
I really thought after my last review, and you demoting the blonde female manager, and replacing her with the person I suggested, Caleb, everything would straighten out over there.
It would seem that Caleb has now become "one of them". He has obviously been corrupted.
My relatively new (2-3 mos old) tires were feathering.
Caleb came out from the back, rather aggressively, asking me if I had hit a curb or pothole and insisting that I had done something to damage the car. I hit nothing with my car and told him so.
It became clear that in order to shirk responsibility for the damage THEY did to my vehicle while in their possession, they were on the attack, MORE than insinuating I was at fault. It was obvious they knew what they had done and were trying to cover by blaming the customer.
Upon further investigation, I BELIEVE that Pep Boys is responsible for my car falling off the jack. I have contacted the family attorney and will make a complaint to the BBB.
I will never go to Pep Boys again and those of you reading, should beware of this type of business tactic.
*Caleb, I was instrumental in having you promoted, I can be instrumental in having you demoted as well. Shame on you.
You knew very well that Pep Boys did anywhere from $1,000.00 to $2,000.00 breaking the tie rod. Nice try.
Get off their wagon, it will be your undoing.
Sincerely,
James Plourde
