  • After doing much "research" through the forums all over the internet, I was directed to a website to find competent, independent shops through a place called bimrs.org. Through there, I found Bill's shop. Which after having my car serviced yesterday, was a fantastic experience. As the previous commenter stated, he is very blunt, honest and to the point. But it builds trust, and makes you confident to know that your beloved BMW is getting the absolute best treatment and care done for it. I was and am very pleased to take my car there, and will do so in the future. I am much impressed, and would recommend his shop to even the dearest of friends.
