| - I've got a sore nose, and I'm happy about it.
Once a week I hang out with my 12-year-old little brother, and for the past two months when I ask him what he wants to do, the answer is immediate: "SkyZone!" I'm always happy to acquiesce, because this place is flipping awesome! And I mean literal flips!
My bro starts off every session with a few backflips in the open jump section. From there, we hit up the dodgeball court, where Wednesday nights we consistently end up playing with 10-15 others in our age range (teens to 20s, and occasionally some brave 'mature adults'). It was during dodgeball that, for two weeks running, I proudly left with scraped elbows/knees and a sore nose (I'm an aggressive dodger, hence the scrapes, and I may have gotten hit in the face once or twice when my dodges didn't work out, hence the nose). We wrap up with a few dunks on the 15-foot basketball hoop, grab an "every color" slushie on the way out, and eagerly anticipate our next visit.
I've seen all ages and both genders have a blast here. It's definitely worth a try for any thrill seekers amongst you. And, there's a second dodgeball court for the less serious players!
