| - I regularly shop at this Target, but my experience is often sub-par. Unfortunately, this is the only Target nearby and those turds have a monopoly given their location. Ugh.
First, let's start with the parking. It's a nightmare. The main problem is that everyone feels the need to park on the third floor, where the main entrance is, and there aren't enough spaces on their third floor to accommodate the number of people who shop at Target. This leads to excessive speeding by patrons who want to rush over and claim a parking space that is getting ready to open up.
My main issue with this Target is the customer service. I am a very nice customer; I'm rarely in a hurry and I respect people who are doing their job. However, I find it a little rude when Target employees FACETIME their friends while they are ringing up my purchases or telling me where an item may be located in the store. I also found it odd when I was shopping in the athletic wear section and saw two employees shooting sports bras down the aisle as if they were rubber bands and as if we were in an elementary school. Finally, the Target Photo Center has let me down on numerous occasions. My orders have been lost or deleted entirely from the queue at least 10 times. While all situations have been rectified with several $3 off coupons, I learned yesterday that the Photo Center at this Target is closing. This is the ultimate letdown that will likely cause me to shop elsewhere from now on.
If you enjoy nightmare parking, horrible customer service, and getting hit in the face by a shooting bra, then please come to this Target. If not, I recommend you shop elsewhere.
