  • Location/Service: This little bubble tea Taiwanese shop is located on Yonge street, close to church ave, where all the other bubble tea places are located. I got there exactly at noon on a snowy Friday afternoon and was greeted by the staff there. The guy working there was very nice. He made sure that I knew that it would take ~12 minutes to make the wheel cake. Food: Not sure if I ordered something that's not their specialty because the hot drink and the wheel cake that I ordered were just okay. Nothing too special in my opinion. I ordered a hot matcha tea latte with no sugar and a vanilla + oreo wheel cake. The vanilla custard filling reminded me of the filling in those packaged Korean custard snacks and they just put an oreo cookie in the wheel cake. Again, nothing special. It was kind of pricey in my opinion. While I was waiting for the wheel cake to be made, I noticed that there is a grass jelly latte. I am not exactly sure what it tastes like in a drink as I have only had it in a jello form, so I might come back next time to try it. I might also come back to try their cheesecake wheel cake.
