  • Juan came over this morning, I showed him exactly what was going on with the ice maker and water dispenser. He said he did not want anyone to be angry at him. I told him I just wanted everything to work again after paying for repairs, or if he could not fix it, I would like a refund so I can go purchase another refrigerator. Juan called the guys that worked on it and they showed up shortly thereafter. They took the panel off of the back of the refrigerator and opened the lines and then drained the feed from the R.O. Whatever they did fixed the water dispenser immediately. I am waiting for the ice maker to go thru a few cycles to see if it does not leak anymore. So far so good. Juan answered my questions and did his best to rectify the situation. If the ice maker continues its run of no leaking, we will be happy with the outcome. My reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is there is a tear in my flooring which they did when they moved the refrigerator. Juan is sending someone over to fix that. Accidents happen that I understand.
