As far as the food and service goes, it was excellent. Sorbet was homemade. Duck Anise was excellent, and the rack of lamb was also great (although the peanut sauce was disgusting). All the sides and salads were great. My wife said that the Banana's Foster was the best she had had in her life. Kona coffee was excellent. Price for two without alcohol came to $145.
Now...the bad. For an "old school gourmet restaurant in a romantic atmosphere" why is there NO dress code?! I don't want to sit next to a party of college kids in shorts and tank tops! All the elderly people understand this is a place you dress up for. Secondly, this restaurant seriously needs to move away from downtown. Four Queens is a trashy gaudy casino in the ghetto of Vegas. When the elevator clunks and jerks when it moves the three people it will fit, and there are people wearing gang colors just hanging out in a group looking at all the cars park, it kind of makes you say, "I don't care how good the food is if I think my car might get broken in to."
If this place moved to a nicer neighborhood, and maybe had an upstairs/downstairs to separate the average tourist from someone actually having a "night out" like an anniversary, then I would recommend this place, but not as it is now. There are too many great restaurants to have to travel all the way downtown.
