  • Front desk agent/manager was friendly I'll give him that. This place is expensive for a shop with bars on the windows. Hey auto care Scottsdale is 3 miles east buddy! Usually places say no charge on the diagnostic if you get the work done there. Not this place. They charge for everything. Some places nickel and dime you, Auto Care tens and twenties you. So they couldnt figure it out my problem and subcontracted it out to a specialist. Three days and many hundreds of dollars later I get the car back and it's not fixed. NOT FIXED! Same exact problem. Who does that?
