  • The new look is really great and the gentleman who took my order was great. However, back end service is so terrible. I spent 20 minutes here waiting for a sausage McGriddle and a Carmel macchiato at 10:30 am. I was handed this (attached photo) as my coffee and told i have two options: 1. pull over to wait for my egg supposed to come on my sandwich or 2. if i wanted a "round one". No one including the manager knew how to explain to me what the difference between scrambled and fried was
