  • I am absolutely baffled at any negative reviews this office or Dr. Strimling would have. I am fairly new to Las Vegas and Los Angeles was home to me and I went to a great Dermatologist back home and I was so scared to go anywhere else, but it just wasn't affordable to fly to California for a few injections of Dysport. I did a lot of research, which I tend to do before going to any doctor which led me to this great establishment. I arrived for my appointment on time and was told that I would be seen during my lunch time when I made the appointment. Unfortunately, I was not seen during my lunch break (I understand that sometimes things happen and it delays other patients). I told the front desk that I was already running late and needed to reschedule and return another day. Dr. Strimling was told by his staff and he quickly came over and rectified the situation. He asked that I return anytime that was convenient for my schedule and that he would see me no matter what and he was very apologetic. I did just that and as promised he saw me within 5 minutes of my arrival. He was very kind and patiently listened to me rave about my old dermatologist and how I was very nervous that I would not get the same results. He promised me that he would do a great job. He definitely delivered. He injected the right amount in the right places. As I was leaving he also said that if I did not like the results to come back free of charge and he would rectify anything I didn't feel comfortable about or like. He never pushed me to get more injections or anything like that. An added bonus was that he didn't try to over charge me and it was very affordable. I will be returning and will make an appointment for my mom the next time she is in town too.
