I recently visited this location to pick up some plasti dip. I purchased more than I would need just so I wouldn't run out. I ended up with 3 full bottles left over and 2 half bottles. Since I completed my project I went to return the 3 empty bottles and Cameron the customer service manager attempted to humiliate me by calling me a lier and saying I was attempting to "run game" on him by returning plasti dip that I had used. I may be a lot of things but I am certainly not a lier especially not so I can get $24 out of it... He said he could smell that I had used the bottles then told me he would cut me a break if he bottles on the shelf smelled the same. Of course they did because I had not used the bottles that I was accused of using. He didn't offer me an apology he just proceeded to give me the refund. I understand that people probably have run this game on him before but that is not the way to go about the situation. "Sir did you use any of these products?" Not "You used these bottles I can't return them". I will never visit this store with that sorry excuse for a customer service manager in charge.
