Not thrilled with their service nor their attitude. First; all three Las Vegas stores plus Zion HD are owned by the same people and they act like it. I had a bearing go at 45k and called Harley corporate. Corporate called the dealer who told corporate that it's normal wear. Really!?!? A transmission bearing!! Harley corporate was willing to maybe work with me until the dealer told them it's "normal"(it's not). I had the bike fixed at substantial cost to me and told the service writer that they had an opportunity to help me but didn't. His response was so irritating. He said " why would I do that? I don't know you or your bike". Nice. They would have gotten the job either way, and I'm sure I'd have bought another bike. I don't use these guys unless it's the last resort.
In the past I've discussed pricing with them on regular 5k and 10k services and they're hundreds of dollars more than other dealers. They add in all sorts of extra work that's not needed and not recommend by Harley and they just keep pushing on how our climate requires extra items/work... BS. I don't need the fork oil change at 25k, I don't need spark plugs every 5k...Kingman HD is literally half the price and they're nice! My bike has 76,000 miles and at some point it will be time for a new bike but based on these guys having a monopoly in Las Vegas something other than a Harley is probably in my future.
