  • One of the main highlights of the hotels is its scenic rooftop bar and pool -- however, do NOT expect to see it!! I am currently a guest at this hotel, and every night of my stay it has been "closed to a private event." I find it both rude and disappointing that hotel guests are not allowed to see the rooftop bar. Tonight I was even ushered back down as soon as I stepped foot out of the elevator by the bouncer! This is unbelievable because (1) I am a hotel guest paying $600+ to stay here and that's just rude and inhospitable! (2) I am a HOT FEMALE and I make your hotel look GOOD! You should want me at your "private parties" -- seriously. Also, if the venue is not open to hotel guests, then you should not advertise it on your website! Other than that, the room accommodations are very nice and clean. Give the housekeeping staff a raise! :)
