| - Absolutely the worst service ever. Brought in my 2013 Mini Cooper for hail damage with the recommendation from my insurance company, Allstate, and had the car in the shop for two weeks. They had to strip the paint from the roof and hood of the car and fix dents. They also had to replace my windshield as well. Got my car back and noticed fresh paint on the bottom trim below the windshield. I had to come back and have them replace the bottom trim. When they replaced the bottom trim, I thought everything was great, however, I noticed a new crack on the windshield the same day! The crack originated from the bottom and expanded upward, which means they knew about the crack when putting the replacement trim on, again, replaced due to paint splatter on the trim. Throughout this whole ordeal, Joshua Gnadt ignored my calls for days. Wesley promised to call me back, however, he never did as well. No apologies from the company as well. All car issues have been resolved, but for a company who prides themselves on 5 star service, they absolutely must agree that the service I received was crap.
