  • Yesterday, seven months to the day, I finally got my very smaller 8x10 pergola installed. The guys were great but the office staff is the worst I have ever run across. Save yourselves the aggravation of using this company. It didn't take seven months to build my whole house. I have heard every excuse there is. In hospital, father died, city wouldn't approve plans, will be installing on Saturday (never showed up). On and on. Finally came and dug deep hole, left and two weeks later nothing but a hole and four bags of concrete. Like I said workers were great.
