| - Pros:
-Decent pricing
-Well designed suits
Cons:
-Bad service: Sales associates are friendly but do not give good advice, will say anything to make you spend your money, so do your research and know what you want and how you want it done
-Bad alterations: Avoid in house tailoring. Bought a suit here and had the pants hemmed ($15) and sleeves lengthened ($28). Pants hem was very poorly done, and was not straight. The sleeves were lengthened by 1.25" as recommended by the sales who helped me. Little did i know, the sleeves were being lengthened at the cuff, and since the suit i bought had working sleeve buttons, the buttons could not be moved proportionally to the sleeve lengthening. This was my first time buying a suit with working sleeve buttons, so i was unaware of this issue, and my sales associate failed to tell me about this. My sleeves now have a very awkward 2.75 inches from the cuff to the buttons. Unacceptable, considering the sales associate should be knowledgable enough about suits to know that this would look bad but did not hesitate to sell me on the alteration knowing that it wouldn't look right.
-Made in China (if that matters to you)
Overall:
Sales associates try to squeeze as much money out of you as possible.
I am very upset about the fact that i was sold a jacket that was recommended to have to have the sleeves lengthened, but in hindsight i should have just been told to size up rather than to have them lengthened (poorly, and incorrectly) for an extra $28.
Beware of working buttons (surgeons buttons) on their suit jackets. Don't make the same mistake i made. Only buy a jacket with the correct sleeve length, give or take 0.25".
TL;DR
Bought a suit there as recommended by a friend.
Had it alterations done by in house tailor as recommended by sales.
Alterations done poorly.
Should have sized up on my jacket instead of having sleeves lengthened ($28) as recommended by the sales rep helping me.
Sleeve proportions ended up looking very awkward due to immovable surgeons buttons.
Do your research beforehand or bring a friend who knows about suits to shop with you here
Be VERY wary of advice from sales rep.
4/10, not sure I will go again.
