  • I have been a customer for 12 years since they open. Ed the owner and the lady that has worked with him, which I am ashamed I still do not know her name, are great at what they do. Ed can be, sometimes, grouchy because it is easy to get frustrated by the unrealistic expectations of some customers but I understand that. If you just tell him, do not be grouchy he smiles and completely changes. The lady that has been working for him for a very long time is sweet and very efficient. She knows her job. The shopping center where they are located has gone thru hard times and this is the only store that survived the challenges this area had, and the reason is because the service they provide to the community. Their prices are very reasonable and they will do pretty much everything for you. One recommendation, get there ready with your package. Specially during Christmas season, they are busy as bees and you no being ready with your package will delay the line and then is when Ed gets frustrated. But who would not get frustrated if you have a line waiting. Time is money.
