  • Bought the "Night Therapy icoil Euro Box Top Spring Mattress" online from Sam's Club. First time ever online for them. Ordered this bed on Feb.14,2016. Let the fun begin! There was to be 3 boxes come to my home. On the 19, one showed up, then on the 22 another showed up, the last I had to track it down, and the first reprehensive for Sams tells me she would get right on it. Bull! She blew it off. I called FedEx to see where the 3rd box was. Was told from them a label was created, but nothing showed from Sams. So I called Sams again, the beotch on the phone acted like I was lying when I said I did not receive the 3rd box. She was something, so she got huffy and gave me a reference # and said if something goes wrong you can call. Not another word from them, and 4 days later BAM! the box showed up. That was the 29. Now if you all have never seen this bed come out of the box, it's a trip. The thing sounds like shards of ice coming on shore in winter back east. Why I say this cuz I thought I had better let it out to make sure it laid flat. That is flat in my living room for a week. Thanks for the big screw up Sam's Club, Don't think I will be ordering from you online again.
