  • I read many good reviews on "Flowers by Sylvia" so i decided to try but unfortunately i didn't have a good experience. When you're choosing a flower arrangement you choose a certain one for a reason and there is usually sentimental value for the flower picked, The flowers were sent on the wrong day, i was very understanding about this when she told me, than my friend received the flowers and had sent me a photo i was beyond embarrassed that it was not the arrangement i chose! Nothing alike, it didn't even have the flower that i specifically chose for my friend! When i called to speak with Sylvia she was not understanding with me, didn't contact me the next day i had to myself again, she asked for picture proof as well. Finally 4 days later she agreed to send the correct arrangement but my friend would have to leave the vase and box outside her door for the delivery person. Very tacky and unprofessional, ultimately ruining what was supposed to be a nice surprise, she refused to refund my money as well. I will not do future business with this establishment, and have also let my company know.
