  • This company is a sham with nerve to be rude. A very aggressive customer service rep called to find out what printing and copying equipment we have in our office. The unprofessional representative SCOLDED ME when I explained how in the past other reps would call trying to get a receptionist to confirm an existing order for new cartridges. He tried yelling. I hung up.
