Brian Moynihan is unresponsive to my needs as a client. Bofa owes two estates benefits (I am the administrator). I've written two complaint letters and he is not resolving the matters for me. He is leaving it to incompetent and overworked staff; It's been months and they either don't call me back or they leave a message right before they leave for the day and then when I call back, they don't answer the phone nor call me again. I've told them repeatedly just leave a confidential voicemail, an e-mail (which they have e-mailed me in the past); My staff are hired by me to handle client matters so it's ridiculous they can't leave a detailed message.
The bank owes two estates over $6,000.00 and they will not process the claims. Nor will they give me an updated status.
Negligent!
