  • They advertise next day service but not really. I clearly explained that I need my garments on April 9th and was guaranteed they'd be ready after 4pm. I show up at 5:15pm and NOPE. 2 out of 3 are done but we won't have the other completed until Monday. Well that's nice but I won't be here. Nice apology, no explanation. Now I need to find a Dry Cleaner to at least press what they already cleaned. Now I remember why I stopped coming here. If you can't do it...just say no. I would have gone elsewhere. Ugghh.
