  • YOU ARE BEING WARNED!!! 0 STARS IF IT WAS POSSIBLE!!! I flew with United back in April of this year and I've never been treated so rudely. I flew from Vegas to O'Hare in Chicago, IL then from Chicago to Little Rock, AR. First off the staff is extremely rude and unprofessional (I'm talking attitude and presentation hair is not done no smiles besides from the boarding crew). I board my first plane in coach and the flight attendant was sincerely ill-mannered. It seemed as if her boss was asking her to help him with something and she yelled back at him with attitude. First off it was 6 in the morning, I don't want to deal with any type of yelling unless it's from a baby at that time in the morning. We board the flight, it was smooth but the flight attendants only came around one time to serve food and drinks but seemed to serve first class 3 times and tend on them hand and foot. They only smiled at them but nobody in coach. We land in Denver and I check my next flight...... 3 hours and 45 minutes...... I paid for the shorter layover.. There was another flight all the way across the airport and the layover would've been only 45 mins. I run over there and ask them why they scheduled me for a longer layover when I paid for a shorter one and I don't bother to give the attendant attitude or problems and I end up asking if I can switch flights and she said yes, thankfully! We board the flight and 10 mins into sitting in the plane after everyone had boarded and buckled they tell us there are problems with the plane so it'll be another 30 mins til they fix the plane for liftoff... 30 mins go by nothing.... 30 more minutes and finally our flight is ready. This flight was from Chicago to Little Rock was pleasant and my flight attendant was awesome. I spent a few days in AR then back on the shitty airline from Little Rock to Denver, CO. I board the plane everything was fine on that flight besides the fact that my carry-on had to be checked because it was too big to fit in the overhead compartment, you know, whatever... We land in Denver and I pick up my bag and the handle was cracked in half... I get to my gate from Denver back to Vegas and we were supposed to have a 30 minute layover and guess what?! FLIGHT WAS DELAYED FOR 3 & 1/2 HOURS ON EASTER SUNDAY!!! I was just trying to get back home to spend a little bit of time with my family. I will not be booking with United ever again. Terrible service, unprofessional staff on 3 out of the 4 flights and quite frankly a waste of my money and time!
