  • Long lines... that about sums up my experience here every. single. time. Not enough employees? They move too slow? I don't know. But I wait too long to purchase stuff in here! This store can be a little bit of a mess in the seasonal sections. But I love the selection of craft items and I can totally lose track of time browsing here. You can always find coupons on their website that you can use from your phone. I sometimes forget about them and they will always do a price adjustment after the fact without much of a hassle. The best coupons are 20% off everything, including sale items, but these don't appear much. Usually around holidays. I just can't quit Michaels despite how annoyingly long the lines are.
