Rosy in the service department is absolutely the worst. She needs to learn how to speak to people better. Needless to say, I will not ever use Chapman Ford for services or purchase due to her demeanor. And my car is not fixed.
On a better note, Kate is very courteous and professional in trying to remedy the situation. Her willingness to do what she could to keep my business was appreciated. Overall, a total loss of integrity for the Chapman brand though.
